KOZADAR Consulting was established in 2009, after Dr. Katherine O'Callaghan completed her doctoral research in IT Service Management and earned her PhD in Business.  This research complements more than twenty years of  work in IT Service Management at Fortune 500 corporations in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and across Europe.

KOZADAR Consulting offers its services to  organisations interested in minimising the duration of unplanned IT outages, as well as understanding the unplanned outages they currently experience.

We are, without question, a company in a "niche" market -- we work for organisations that are interested in optimising the delivery of incident management, problem management, and change management.

KOZADAR Consulting was established by a group of IT specialists with expertise in IT Service Management,  mathematical algorithms, software programming, and malware research. 

KOZADAR Consulting was founded to help corporations reduce the Mean Time to Restore Service (MTRS) services lost when unplanned outages occur.  This is done by working with teams that deliver incident management, problem management and change management in organisations that experience unplanned IT outages.

Who We Are

The principals of KOZADAR Consulting are Dr. Katherine O’Callaghan and Mr. J. Scott Watters, each of whom has worked more than twenty years at international corporations with headquarters in Australia and the United States. 

Dr. O'Callaghan earned her PhD in Business.  Her thesis, entitled Incident Management:  Human Factors and Minimising Mean Time to Restore Service,  investigated the characteristics of incident managers and the problem-solving skills they can use to minimise the duration of unplanned IT outages.  

Mr. Watters has been a software developer for more than 25 years.  He serves the organisation as its CIO and the developer of  the algorithms used in the analysis of data performed by KOZADAR Consulting.
